As of April 2012, I, Tamotsu Saito, assumed the office of President of IHI.

Amidst great changes in the economic environment, the IHI Group’s medium-term management plan, “Group Management Policies 2010,” has entered its final year in 2012. IHI has worked to take the three paradigm shifts from these management policies – “Business model geared to entire life cycle”, “Product strategy geared to market needs”, and “Global business management” – and accelerates them even further, putting our whole effort into reaching these goals.

Based on the internal management system that we have built through our years of experience, we are actively working towards growth and expansion of business. I would like to make IHI Group into a high revenue corporation with excellent prospects.
